One professional ethic that I always live by is integrity.  I believe in being honest, ethical, and trustworthy in all aspects of my work.  This means being transparent in my actions, maintaining confidentiality when necessary, and always doing what is right, even when it may be difficult.  Integrity is essential in building trust with colleagues, students, and parents, and I strive to uphold this ethic in everything I do.

Navigating Challenges in Education Program: Strategies for Success Time Management Mastery: Balancing coursework, teaching responsibilities, and personal commitments posed a significant challenge. My family, including my daughter, husband, and maid, offered invaluable assistance in balancing chores and learning. To overcome this hurdle, I relied on effective time management tools such as calendars, to-do lists, and task managers. These resources enabled me to organize my schedule efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Boundaries for Balance: Maintaining a healthy work-life balance was crucial in avoiding burnout. M8U9A1: 1. Getting academic: Sharing a recently published academic article/journal in my subject area (math) that I would like to read and why.

Here's a recently published academic article in the field of mathematics that caught my attention: Title:   Exploring Research Trends of Technology Use in Mathematics Education: A Scoping Review Using Topic Modeling. Abstract: This study conducted a comprehensive review of literature related to the use of technology in mathematics education. The research spanned from January 1981 to March 2022, and the authors retrieved 2,433 articles from databases such as Web of Science, ERIC, and PsycINFO. They employed Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling to extract key terms and topics from the selected articles. The analysis focused on four aspects: 1. Evolution of research trends in technology use for mathematics education. 2. Frequently used words in article abstracts. 3. Latent research topics identified through LDA. 4.
